Our house passed the inspection! We renegotiated some terms and everyone is happy :) Paul and I planning on going there memorial day weekend to move all of our furniture out . Our closing date is still June 2nd.
As for our new house hopefully they will start building in June. Paul and I have been driving around a lot lately looking at house colors, stone siding, front doors... We're trying to get ideas now so it's not as hard to make decisions later!
